Who We Are

A passion for food,
a love for people

Joelle's Soul and Savour was born from a simple belief: that a great meal is about more than just the food on your plate. The restaurant grew out of years of traveling, cooking and gathering, and a conviction that Baton Rouge deserved an elegant, elevated soul food experience of its own.

From day one, we have been committed to sourcing the finest local and seasonal ingredients, partnering with nearby farms and artisan producers who share our values.
